A) Authorised representative in Croatia

**A segmen comprises either packaging / disposable plastic products, or WEEE, or batteries. Packaging and disposable plastic products count as a joint segment.

Please find some examples below:
Case 1: You only need one segment (e.g. Packaging) and you’ve determined an annual licence fee of €250 (calculated based on Quantity x Rate). In this case, the annual authorisation fee will amount to €300.
Case 2: You need two segments (e.g. WEEE and Batteries) and you’ve determined the following annual licence fees:
Batteries: €750, the authorisation fee for the first segment amounts to €300 (because the licence fee is below €1,500)
WEEE: €2,000, the authorisation fee for the second segment amounts to €400 (because the licence fee is between €1,500 and €20,000)
In this case, the total authorisation fee amounts to €700.
Case 3: You need all segments (i.e. Packaging, WEEE and Batteries) and you’ve determined the following annual licence fees:
Packaging: €250, the authorisation fee for the first segment amounts to €300 (because the licence fee is below €1,500)
Batteries: €750, the authorization fee for the second segment amounts to €200 (because the licence fee is below €1,500)
WEEE: €2,000 the authorisation fee for the third segment amounts to €350 (because the licence fee is between €1,500 and €20,000)
In this case, the total authorisation fee amounts to €850.
B) Licensing agreement
The licence fee is calculated on the basis of the currently valid rates and the quantity of packaging / disposable plastics, batteries or WEEE you put into circulation:

Licence fees
During the ordering process, you calculate the expected licence fee based on the entered quantities multiplied by the respective rates. We assign our customers to different reporting groups based on the legislation requirements for reporting. The reporting group determines how often you have to declare your actual quantities during the year.
